Mushroom Cauliflower Fried Rice

Ingredients

- sesame oil - garlic cloves - green onion - red pepper - white mushrooms - soy sauce - sriracha - rice vinegar - cauliflower rice - black pepper - salt

Heat sesame oil in a wok on medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and saute for a minute.

Step by Step Instructions

Add green onion whites, bell pepper and sliced mushrooms. Cook for around 3 minutes on high heat.

Then add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha and mix. Now lower the heat and add in the cauliflower rice and mix.
