Today marks the 1st birthday of my cookbook “Vegetarian Indian Cooking with Your Instant Pot®“.

Vegetarian Indian Cooking with Your Instant Pot® features 75 Indian Vegetarian & Vegan Recipes made in the Instant Pot!

Whether it’s your favorite Indian takeout or the regular lentils and beans, the book shows you how easy it is to cook your favorite Indian meal in the Instant Pot.

Each recipe has full color photo and clear step-by-step instructions. There are also tips to make most recipes vegan (if they aren’t to begin with!). Sometimes a substitute is as easy as replacing ghee with oil.

My heart is full of gratitude. This journey had not been possible without your support and encouragement. So, thank you for all the love and continued support! ❤️

  7. Congratulations on your book! Good knows we need you amply motivated to keep them coming! ?
My favorite recipe is the vegetarian Momo’s from your cookbook I found while searching for the recipe. My reason is this: I have a 9 year old son who was scared real bad from the Momo picture that was circulating the Internet a whole ago. So much so that recently at school when his classmate was doing some research on the school regulated websites, this picture of the really scary looking Momo which is edited in a photo editing application by some mean mean people comes up and he comes home and is freaked out.
I decided the best way to end the gear was to make him associate the word MOMO with food (my favorite thing in the world ?).
I took your recipe and discussed it with him, showed him videos and that worked like magic! We are scheduled to make these puppies that he calls Momo’s ?? this weekend!!
Thank you for such an easy recipe and a life changing one too! My son is not scared anymore.. and had gone to school and helped other kids too!! ???

  8. Every single recipe! Cannot find any good recipe anywhere else that is vegetarian friendly for an Instant Pot! THANK YOU!

  9. Everything!!! However, if forced to choose, one of my favorites is your potato and chickpea curry! It’s absolutely delicious!
